Solution Financial Group is an Independent Consulting Services company established in 2008 that operates virtually. We specialize in Commercial Real Estate and Business Loans. Since our beginning, we assisted clients and customers with obtaining commercial real estate and business loans. In addition, we offer Notary Services in the state of Florida.
What differentiate us from the competitors is our ability to analyze customers requirements using a strategic and approach. We focus on the why, when, and how of each loan request. Every loan request is different.
We do not charge an application fee. Any upfront fee is determined and charged by the funding lender. Our lending source pays our commission if the loan successfully closes.

Debora Joseph-Splatt, President and CEO is an Air Force Disabled Veteran. She is bilingual fluent in Spanish and Patois.
She holds over 15 years as an independent Commercial, Business Loans Consultant, and Notary Agent.
In addition, Debora holds over 20 years of combined professional work experience working in the federal government in the areas of: Resource Management, Budget and Service Contracts Management, Human Resources Management, and Education and Training.
