Debora Joseph-Splatt, President and CEO is a bilingual Disabled Air Force Disabled Veteran fluent in Spanish. She holds over 12 years experience as a Loans Consultant and over 20 years of combined military and civil service experience in Government Grants, Resource Management, Budget Operations, Service Contracts Management, Human Resources Management, and Education and Training.
She has a MBA, Project Management from the University of Management and Technology, a Bachelor's in Science with Specialization in Human Resources Management from Park University, and a Level III Financial Management Certification from the Department of Defense.
