Owned and operated by US Air Force Veteran & CEO Debora Joseph-Splatt, Solution Financial Group LLC is a financial services company established in 2008.  20+ years of elite federal work experience that includes Programs Analysis, managing a $200B+ budget for the US Army portfolios, Managing Over $100M Service Contracts for the US State Department, and serving as a Commercial Loans Specialist, Grants Auditor, and Fraud Investigation Evaluator for the US Small Business Administration. 

Her life’s work has been defined by service, protection, and duty. After serving our country, she turned her passion and mission toward protecting families and safeguarding the wealth they work a lifetime to build.  As an Estate Advisor Partner with Trust & Will, she bridges the gap between traditional estate planning and modern digital wealth—providing affordable, comprehensive protection for everyday families, veterans, and digital asset investors.
