I have not been diagnosed with or experiencing any progressive condition affecting my cognitive, physical or mental capabilities.

🛑IMPORTANT
The primary differences between the four Plus Plans are the total number of lifetime hours included and the associated membership pricing. Please know that members may downgrade their plan on the annual renewal month of enrollment if needed; however, plans can never be upgraded.
Couple enrollments are available for legally married spouses or qualified domestic partners only. Couple discounts apply individually to each enrolled member’s monthly or annual membership payment.
Plan Change Policy
Current members may not upgrade from a Standard Option Plan to a Plus Option Plan, or from a Plus Option Plan to a Standard Option Plan.
Current members may not transfer between Standard Option and Plus Option plans after enrollment.
Members who wish to downgrade to a lower plan within their current plan option must contact the True Freedom office for assistance.
All plan changes are subject to the current Terms & Conditions and applicable suitability requirements.
