Church and Other Religious Building Real Estate

Our Roots: Built on Resilience and Purpose

Solution Financial Group began with a focus on business equipment leasing. However, when the global economy collapsed in 2008, we witnessed a profound shift: faith-based organizations and community pillars were facing unprecedented financial challenges, and traditional banks were turning them away. Leadership teams began approaching us, seeking creative capital solutions to keep their ministries alive and their properties secure.

Recognizing a deep, unmet need for trusted financial advocacy, we pivoted our expertise to serve those who serve others. Today, we have evolved into House of Worship Real Estate Funding Sourcing—an inclusive, elite consulting practice dedicated to helping religious organizations of all faiths secure the infrastructure capital they need to protect their legacy and expand their community impact.

Sourcing Comprehensive Commercial Capital for Sacred Infrastructure and Growth

We assist religious institutions of all faiths—including churches, temples, mosques, and synagogues—navigate complex capital landscapes to secure critical real estate financing.

To determine funding eligibility, the lender analyzes the organization's past profit, tithing and offering (donations), building funds campaigns, membership growth, and community impact. Underwriting for these loans is complex and typically takes 60 days to 6 months, requiring extensive financial history and board approval documentation.
