As a professional, non-lawyer document preparation and administrative clerical service, Solution Financial Group operates strictly within authorized statutory boundaries and non-lawyer administrative guidelines. The Client explicitly acknowledges, agrees to, and certifies compliance with the following jurisdictional restrictions:
North Carolina Residents & Entities: In accordance with North Carolina General Statutes (N.C.G.S. Chapter 84), non-attorneys are strictly prohibited from preparing legal documents, drafting business entity formation instruments, assembling domestic relations paperwork, or preparing real estate deeds for residents or properties located within the state. Solution Financial Group cannot and does not provide document preparation services if the matter, property, or entity is governed by North Carolina law.
Arizona Residents & Entities: Arizona mandates that any non-attorney preparing legal documents for a consumer must be formally certified as a Legal Document Preparer (LDP) under the Arizona Code of Judicial Administration (§ 7-208). Because the Provider does not hold an active Arizona LDP certification, services cannot be rendered for Arizona entities, real properties, or residents.
California Residents & Entities: California requires individuals who prepare legal documents for self-represented consumers to register as a Legal Document Assistant (LDA) in their operating county and maintain an active surety bond (California Business and Professions Code § 6400 et seq.). The Provider is not a registered or bonded California LDA; therefore, California consumer filings and state-specific pleadings are strictly excluded from our scope of service.
Nevada Residents & Entities: Nevada requires all non-attorney document preparation services to be licensed and bonded directly through the Nevada Secretary of State (NRS Chapter 240A). Because the Provider does not maintain a Nevada Document Preparation registration, services cannot be provided to Nevada residents or entities.
New York Residents & Entities: Under New York Judiciary Law § 478, the preparation of legal instruments, corporate formation documents, domestic relations petitions, and real property transfers by non-attorneys is strictly defined as the Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL). Because New York maintains no non-attorney regulatory pathway for independent document preparation, the Provider cannot prepare documents for New York residents, properties, or corporate formations.
Louisiana & Puerto Rico Residents & Entities: Due to the distinct Civil Law legal traditions in Louisiana and the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the drafting and authenticating of non-contentious legal instruments and property contracts are restricted exclusively to specialized Civil Law Notaries or licensed attorneys. Solution Financial Group cannot prepare organizational, transactional, succession, family law, or estate documents governed by Louisiana Civil Code or Puerto Rico law.
Other Regulatory & Legal Sandbox Jurisdictions: The Provider does not service clients, entities, or properties in any state or jurisdiction where clerical document preparation by non-attorneys constitutes the Unlicensed Practice of Law (UPL). The Provider does not hold specialized credentials under state paraprofessional or regulatory sandbox frameworks, including Licensed Legal Paraprofessionals (LLP) or Paraprofessionals in jurisdictions such as Utah, Oregon, Colorado, or Minnesota.
