Our Roots: Built on Resilience and Purpose
Solution Financial Group began with a focus on business equipment financing. When credit markets tightened during the 2008 downturn, we witnessed a profound shift: faith-based organizations and community pillars were facing unprecedented financial barriers, and conventional commercial banks were turning them away. Leadership teams began approaching us seeking creative capital structures to keep their ministries viable and their properties secure.
Recognizing an urgent need for dedicated financial advocacy, we pivoted our expertise to serve those who serve others. Today, through our Church & Faith-Based Real Estate Financing advisory, we help religious organizations of all faiths secure the commercial capital needed to protect their heritage, acquire real estate, and expand community impact.
Commercial Capital Structured for Sacred Infrastructure & Ministry Growth
We assist religious institutions of all faiths—including churches, temples, mosques, and synagogues—to confidently navigate specialized capital markets for acquisitions, sanctuary expansions, refinances, and community facilities.
What Lenders Evaluate: Unlike standard commercial businesses, faith-based underwriting evaluates net operating surplus, historical tithing and offerings (pledges/donations), capital campaign trajectory, membership retention and growth, and overall community stewardship.
Execution & Timelines: Faith-based financing involves detailed board resolutions, governance approvals, and specialized appraisal valuations, with underwriting timelines typically ranging from 60 days to 6 months.
Programs Available: Conventional church mortgages, private bridge capital, construction facilities, and USDA Community Facilities financing for eligible rural ministries, schools, and daycare centers.
